Thrift Shop Finds ~ 3
My latest thrift shop find is this pretty Portmerion daisy dish. I found it last week on a forage through the houseware section. All that was required was a good wash to restore it to its original condition. It was quite a bargain because it was on sale with 50% off the marked price ~ now that's what I call a good buy!
Candytuft Corner is a cosy place to drop by for a cup of tea and a slice of cake. I always have the kettle on and in my free time, I'm often in the kitchen baking.
Welcome to my blog. My name is Marie and I live in Nova Scotia, Canada. I've been blogging since March 2007. I enjoy home-making, reading and crafts, including cross-stitch, knitting and sewing. More recently, I've started gardening and I'm trying to tame a very overgrown space to create my dream of an English Cottage Garden.
Much as I appreciate receiving awards, I request that you do not share awards or tags with me. Present time constraints do not allow me to respond and I have no desire to cause offence by ignoring them.
