Domestic Bliss

It doesn't take much to make me a happy woman these days. After several weeks of problems with my iron (well, I am the only person who uses it!) I finally got a new one. This little beauty is a Rowenta professional iron and it is amazing.

Not only is it a great iron, but I got it for the bargain price of $60. It was originally priced at $150 ~ how's that for a bargain?

I haven't had much time to blog of late and I am finally having to admit defeat at keeping up with visiting and posting. I have important exams starting on 14th October and will be busy for a couple of weeks, so I'm going to take a blogging break.

That is an amazing deal on a great iron, Marie! A good iron does help for clothing, crafting and more. Understandable that you could use a break...And you could probably do with a proper holiday and all! I'll miss your posts, but do take the time you need, enjoy the days, be here when you can... Have a great weekend ahead, my friend ((HUGS)) M

Congratulations on the new iron. Irons are not made the way they used to make them. There is a serious iron graveyard in our house. I have a different model and it is wonderful. A seemingly minor thing can make or break your laundry day.

Snap! I'm enjoying mine too! My old iron died on the day the car went in for a service and I had a 6 mile round trip (walking on a very hot day!) to get the new one .... Love it though....

I am glad that I am not the only one that can get excited over a thing like a new There is nothing like the feeling that you have a good iron. I love doing laundry and ironing.

I want to wish you all the best of luck with your exams. Take all the time you need but please do let me know how it went when all is behind you. I will miss visiting with you and you will remain in my thoughts!
