Ha, Ha, Ha, Hee, Hee, Hee....

I seem to have a thing for jugs ~ the little brown jug that I bought as a thrift shop find last year. I couldn't resist it, as it an English earthenware delight. The brown at the top reminds me of autumn and shiny conkers.

The Eiffel Tower jug was purchased at a French-themed shop on a day out about three years ago. We have used it for wine, but most of the time, it lives on a shelf in the kitchen, at eye level; where I can enjoy it.

This next jug is similar in size and shape to the previous one. This is definitely one for wine with the bottle and a bunch of grapes on the side, complete with vine leaves.

And the final one was a find at a delightful pottery in Cape Breton. It was displayed with the most gorgeous bunch of garden flowers, which the potter gave me when I bought the jug. The cute little handle on the top is useful for moving it around too.

Now maybe I should go out and buy some flowers and put it on the table to enjoy.
